Ama Shambulia
Ama Shambulia has been committed to Wholistic living for over thirty years and has explored many venues for health and well being from the Culinary Arts to Yoga.
She is a trained Culinarian and Master Gardener, and has combined the
two passions to become an advocate and educator as a Community Chef and Community Gardener.
Ama is presently working as Program Director for the West End Community Gardens ( we gardens ) we gardens sponsors community educational sessions on gardening and health, a community plot program for families, urban kids afterschool & summer sessions ( weed, seed, feed & READ ) and
partners with the Jefferson County Family Court Youth Division and recently the BSU Southern Environmental Center.
Ama is also the proprietor Of Choose Life Enterprises in which she does consultations and educational sessions on whole food preparation for transitioning to healthy eating.
